At the end of the Fair will be given awards in two modalities:

Quality

Products and services of accredited entities in the “Informatics 2009” Fair can be the only ones to opt for the Award to Quality, either producers or dealer. Each entity may include all products and services they consider. It must be necessary to present the following information:

• Registration request to the Award.
• Advertisement support by exposing services or products characteristics.
• Quality System certificates based on ISO norms.
• Testing Center certificates.
• Product or service evaluation and validation documents.
• Documents delivered by main clients that guarantee quality.
• Awards received in other Fairs as well as in national or international events.
• Abstract of the Entity social object.

Each product or service must be separately included in requests. Products must be exposed at the Fair. Requests and required information must be submitted to the Chairman before the opening of the Fair. Within the Fair first two days, those interested can also present the requests at the Award stand.
It will be presented as many awards as the Jury considers for each fundamental topic dealt in the Fair.

Stand Design

The competition will take place in two categories: Free-Design Stand and Modular Stand.
An award will be presented in each category and the Jury will determine the mentions to be presented.

Juries

In order to give the awards, juries represented by distinguished professionals in every topic will be constituted. They will be constituted and communicated opportunely .
