We commit ourselves to guarantee the following:
1.  Placing the Sponsor’s Logo in the materials, documents, communications and official announcements to be emitted by the Organizing Committee of the Convention and Fair, starting from the date of the Sponsorship Contract signature.

2.  Appearing in all the documents, communications and announcements to be emitted by the Organizing Committee of the Convention and Fair, starting from the date when the agreed conditions and the payment amount are fulfilled.

3.  Including the Sponsor’s advertising - containing scientific, technical and commercial information - in the participants’ accreditation kit and in the halls where the Convention and Fair have their sessions.   

4.  Distributing the Sponsor’s printed and digital promotional material in the halls of the Congress and the Fair, containing scientific, technical and commercial information.

5.  Placing the Diamond Sponsor Announcement in:
     -  Boards located at the entrance of the conference halls and the Fair.
     -  On the halls’ doors.
     -  Before each hall’s podium.
     -  At the delegates’ entrances to the Palacio de Convenciones and to the fairground.
    -  Every day, at the beginning of the working sessions, in the halls will be projected the Sponsor’s logo announcing its category of Patronage.
    -  An advertising spot will projected on the individual audiovisual supports that will be located at the Fair halls, providing it fulfills the established norms.

6.  Free of charge carpeted stand area of 36 m₂ in the Fair associated to the Convention, including up to: 2 tables, 8 chairs, 2 show cases, a label with the Sponsor’s name, 4 spot lights, 4 double electric outlets, cleaning and security services.

7.  Location in the Main Hall of the fairground, providing it occupies a total area of more than 50m².

8.  Conference hall for 100 persons in the exhibit ground, to perform a one hour presentation of its products, solutions of technologies. It includes audio, data projector, PC, an audio technician, a projection technician and a hall official.

9.  Free attendance for one Sponsor entity’s manager during the event. This includes hotel expenses, accrediting, invitation to the Inaugural and Closing ceremonies of the Convention and the Associated Fair, as well as access to the Fair’s VIP Hall during all the Event’s days.   

GOLD SPONSOR: $ 15 000.00 CUC

    - Every day, at the beginning of the working sessions, in the halls will be projected, the Sponsor’s logo announcing its category of Patronage.
    -  An advertising spot will projected on the individual audiovisual supports that will be located at the Fair halls, providing it fulfills the established norms.

6.  Free of charge carpeted stand area of 9 m² in the Fair associated to the Convention, including up to: 1 table, 4 chairs, label with the Sponsor’s name, 2 spot lights, 1 double electric outlet, cleaning and security services.

SILVER SPONSOR: $ 5 000.00 CUC

    -  Every day, at the beginning of the working sessions, in the halls will be projected, the Sponsor’s logo announcing its category of patronage.
    -  An advertising spot will projected on the individual audiovisual supports that will be located at the Fair halls, providing it fulfills the established norms.

The event’s Organizing Committee reserves the right to give the Platinum Sponsor Category to the sponsor that, fulfilling the conditions to be a Diamond Sponsor, makes an additional extraordinary contribution to the Event Informática 2011.
