SAMPLES SENDING
PALCO is the official agency for transitory services and custom house clearance. Every piece of information related to the arrival deadline of merchandise and documents needed for clearance issues can be obtained through:

In case you decide to use a different Transitory Agency you must inform Palco Agency.
Advertisement Announcements
In the case of announcements, you must deliver the originals ready for printing, at the latest, 30 days before the beginning of the Fair. The catalogs format will be 16 x 22 cm.
Price: 300 CUC (up to 4 colors)
Originals must be sent to Pabexpo facilities ready to be printed out, in PDF format and 16 x 22 cm dimensions. The deadline to send this information is on December 22nd, 2017.

VISAS
Participants and exhibitors can travel to Cuba with a tourism visa that must be requested at Cuban consulates in their countries.
