VI INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP: THE IT IN THE ORGANIZATIONS MANAGEMENT

Share experiences in the application of the IT in the management of the organizations through the exchange among businessmen, developers, researchers and educators, that bring about the generalization of better practices in the Cuban business system, focusing on the transition of companies from an analog management model to a digital management model, the current situation, fundamental barriers and roadmap for their achievement.

  • Strategic planning and change management. IT-based organizational models. Models of e-government management. Management of business architectures. Diagnosis of computerization needs. Organizational solutions for integrated management. Interoperability in information systems. ERP, DSS, CRM, BSC and EIS systems. DevOps cultural movement. Speed, sustainability and technical debt. Integration, release and continuous deployment. Adoption of container technologies (Docker / Moby, unikernels). Monitoring. Configuration management. Microservices. Scalability.
  1. Generation and secure exploitation of technologies for the organizational management and to government level.
  • Strategic management of IT security. New business models to the trends of mobility, Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things. Decision support systems in geographic environments, geographic information infrastructures and geospatial business intelligence. Big Data: analysis, visualization and decisión making. Open source applications and platforms, considering the regulations for their execution, security and mitigation of environmental loads. Quantification of productivity, failures and risk metrics.
