In each one of the following numerals, papers will be accepted with generalizations of experiences on applications, summaries of the state of the art, or academic debates about the positions of personal or institutional authors, related to the corresponding theme.

1.  Current condition and trends of the ICTs impact in the organizations’ management. Papers about the present and perspective situation of the ICTs development effect in organizations, related to the internal and environmental variables, including within the latter the redesign of processes and structures (organizational architecture) or other organizational innovations, as well as the knowledge and documentary management, content management systems (CMS), inclusive.  

2.  Current condition and trends in the development of support systems and applications for business management in particular. Papers referring to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Business Process Management (BPM), Business Intelligence (BI) Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), or other similar systems.

3.  Business models for ICTs commercialization in enterprises specialized in ICTs development for organization management in general, and particularly, enterprises.
