This category includes:

1. Presenting the Sponsor's Identifier in the materials, documents, communications, and official announcements issued by the Organizing Committee of the Convention and Fair, from the reception of the identifier in the format and timing indicated in the FOURTH clause.
2. Appearing on all documents, communications, and official announcements issued by the Organizing Committee of the Convention and the Associated Fair, from the moment the monetary contribution stated in the THIRD clause in the terms and conditions specified is fulfilled, and the conditions expressed in the FOURTH clause are satisfied.
3. Having printed materials received from the Sponsor, containing scientific, technical and commercial information, as expressed in the FOURTH clause, included in the participants' accreditation kit, as well as having them exposed in the Convention and Fair halls and premises.
4. Distributing the Sponsor's promotional digital and printed material, containing scientific-technical and commercial information, in the halls of the Convention and Fair
5. Diamond Sponsor Announcement in:
   • Slates at the entrance to the conference rooms and the Fair.
   • On the doors of the halls.
   • In front of the podium in each hall.
   • At the delegates' entrance to the Palacio de Convenciones and the fairgrounds.
   • Every day at the start of the working sessions the Sponsor's logo will be shown on the screens, acknowledging its sponsorship category.
   • Projection of the advertising spot in the audiovisual media to be placed in the halls of the Fair, as long as it meets the standards.
6. A carpeted stand area comprising 36 m2, free of payment, at the Fair associated with the Convention, which includes up to: 2 tables, 8 chairs, 2 showcases, a label with the Sponsor's company name , 4 spot lights, 4 duplex outlets, cleaning and security.

 

7. A stand location in the Main Hall of the fairgrounds, if it occupies a total area of over 50 m2.
8. A Conference room with capacity for 100 people in the fairgrounds, to make an hour long presentation about the Sponsor's products, solutions or technologies. It includes audio, data projector, PC, audio technician, technical officer and the projection room.
9. An invitation for a Sponsor's official participation during the event. This includes accommodation, accreditation, invitation to the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Convention and Associated Fair, and access to the VIP Lounge of the Fair every day of the event.
