
The conference will detail the sub-processes related to research-development-innovation and its harmonic conception with the production and commercialization processes in IT companies, emphasizing the objective of the closed cycle. It also brings forward work procedures and shares experiences regarding relations with universities and the formulation of joint projects for research and development according to the stages of the life cycle of an IT product.
*Ana María García Pérez: Graduate in Mathematical Cybernetics from the Central University of Las Villas, Cuba (UCLV) (1982). Ph.D. in Technical Sciences, specializing in Computational Science (1997). Full Professor (2000). She conducts research on database issues, business process modeling, project management, and software quality. She is a member of the Academic Committee of the Master's Degree in Computer Science Program of the Central University of Las Villas and of the Academic Committee of the Master's Degree in Project Management Program of the Computer Science University (UCI) of Havana.
