Este Foro ofrecerá un espacio para el intercambio entre profesionales, científicos, técnicos, empresarios y público en general, interesados en investigar, promover, analizar y conocer sobre el avance de las TICs en Cuba y el mundo. Por lo que constituye una oportunidad para adquirir conocimientos, intercambiar experiencias y consolidar la amistad entre los pueblos.
 
Entre los invitados al IX Congreso Internacional de Tecnologías y Contenidos Multimedia se encuentra el Doctor en Informática y Telecomunicaciones Alex Rayón Jerez, quien actualmente se desempeña como Vicerrector de Relaciones Internacionales de la Universidad de Deusto.
 

En su Conferencia “Optimizando la experiencia del usuario en la web con recursos multimedia y el Big Data”  abordará  las líneas temáticas del Congreso: Nuevos modelos de negocios en la era digital y Arte y tecnología de los medios; centrándose en la mejora de la Experiencia de Usuario a través del análisis masivo de datos.
