Graduated as an Electronics Engineer at CUJAE, 1993. He obtained an Electronics Master's Degree at CUJAE, 1998. He became a Doctor in Technical Sciences at CUJAE in 2002 and a Doctor in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, Brazil, in 2003. Senior Post-doctorate of the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) of Brazil at the Laboratory of Acoustics and Environment of the University of São Paulo. He is currently a Researcher at the Hydraulic Research Center of the Civil Engineering School of CUJAE, where he is the coordinator of the Electronic Instrumentation and Intelligent Sensors Group. He has worked in international and national projects in the development of electronic instrumentation with applications mainly in hydraulics. He is the author of 24 scientific articles published in national and international journals and has presented 29 papers in congresses. He is the author of an invention patent. He has participated as a Visiting Researcher or Visiting Professor in several universities in Brazil, Venezuela, Bolivia, and Mexico, participating in several postgraduate programs and in the automation of hydraulics laboratories. His main research areas are industrial instrumentation and event detection in water pipes.
