1.  The NGA regulation: infrastructures and services.
The impact of the new generation access networks (NGA) will represent a qualitative leap for the telecommunications sector, therefore an adequate regulatory equilibrium should be achieved to allow the materialization of investments, and so they work in a sustainable way, protecting at the same time the users’ interests. 

2.  International Experiences on the Wide Band.
The economic situation in many of our countries limits the wide band’s growth, but its contents and services are also elements to take into account when talking about its expansion.
The wide band and the networks’ regulations should be aimed to support the applications’ availability, to encourage their use, to develop the convergence of services in order to satisfy the needs of the society as a whole, in particular the economy, health, education and culture areas, as well as the citizens’ interests.
