Papers will be presented in correspondence with the principal topics of the different events that will take place in the Convention, according to the following specifications:

1. Papers should be submitted in files compatible with Open Document format.
2. Extension limit: up to 10 sheets.
3. The page size will be the letter type (8 ½” x 11” or 21,59 cm. x 27,94 cm), with a two-columns format and a 2,0 cm margin on each side.
4. Arial font should be used in 11pt for headlings and 10pt for text; single-spaced.
5. Papers will be accepted in any of the two languages of the event (Spanish or English).

For making easier the preparation of a paper, according to the Convention specifications, we suggest you download the template we offer and replace your texts .doc, .docx, .odt

You should submit your own paper from the Convention's website; remember that you must also attach a summary curriculum vitae of the main author.

The paper presentations to be exposed at the Convention must be delivered by speakers at the Audiovisual Reception Office, at the Palacio de Convenciones, the day before its presentation at the hall.

All the lectures, research papers and other Convention-related materials will be published in a Compact Disc ISBN registered.

Official languages:
The working languages of the Convention will be Spanish and English. Simultaneous translations will be provided for the main activities and plenary sessions.
