In the era of the Digital Economy, implementing an ERP like Odoo transcends mere technological adoption to become an authentic business transformation strategy. However, the journey between the decision to acquire it and the realization of its benefits is often fraught with obstacles: resistance to change, out-of-sync processes, fragmented information and misaligned expectations. This conference goes beyond showcasing the platform's functionalities; it reveals the comprehensive work system that makes a successful implementation possible. Through a proven methodology, structured in critical phases, we will share practical experiences on how to make a Strategic Diagnosis that maps the operational anatomy of the organization to define the purpose of digitization; the Solution Design and Governance, building a project control board and translating needs into flows within Odoo; the Agile Implementation and Change Management, through wave execution and immersive training to turn skeptics into ambassadors; and the Hypercare and the Continuous Evolution, establishing a robust support and a permanent improvement model. The ultimate goal is clear: to demonstrate that the competitive advantage in digitization lies not in the software itself, but in the ability to implement it with excellence, harmoniously orchestrating methodology, people, processes and technology to turn Odoo into an engine of sustained innovation.
