The 1st Digital Innovation Forum will be held as part of the 20th International Convention and Fair Informática 2026 at the Havana Conference Center, from March 24 to 27. It will be a unique space created to drive the digital transformation of our country.

This forum is born as an essential platform to promote innovative thinking and accelerate development in strategic sectors.

It will be the meeting point for inclusive dialogue among ICT policy makers, regulators, entrepreneurs, the academic community, and all entities driving innovation in Cuba.

Our goal:

Fostering sustainable digital ecosystems, promoting responsible and ethical innovation, and strengthening collaborative networks, with special attention to the leading role of our women and young innovators.

Thematic lines we will discuss:

1. Governance of digital innovation.
2. Innovation ecosystems and hubs.
3. Co-creation spaces (Living Labs, Fab Labs).
4. Project incubators and accelerators.
5. Regulatory sandboxes and testing environments.
6. Disruptive technologies: Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, IoT, Quantum Computing, Metaverse, and more.
7. Innovation based on Open Data.
8. Ethics, responsibility, and innovative business models.
9. Digital awareness and entrepreneurship.

This forum is a crucial step to jointly define Cuba's digital development in the coming decade. Your vision is important!

Important dates:  

🔵Presentation of papers: November 14, 2025. 
🔴Notification of acceptance: December 5, 2025.  
🟢Final work submission for publication: January 09, 2026.
