I INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM "E-GOVERNMENT”
Purpose and scope:
Bringing together experts, academics, and public officials to analyze the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the implementation of digital platforms in public administration. It seeks to promote knowledge exchange on the digitalization of procedures and services, strengthen government-citizen interaction, and ensure data protection in a digital environment. It will address key topics such as innovation in public services, citizen participation, leveraging data for government processes, and best practices in cybersecurity, with the aim of promoting a transparent, efficient, and accessible digital government. It will also serve as a space to showcase advances and experiences in the development and use of national and international digital platforms, highlighting their role in the digital transformation of the public sector.

Computerization of public procedures and services to simplify processes, reduce time, and improve citizen access to essential services. Address strategies and tools to ensure efficient and accessible services.
- Success Stories: International experiences in the development and use of digital platforms that promote interaction between citizens and the government, with transparency and inclusiveness, and priority in online procedures and services.
- Process optimization: Implementation of technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) to automate and improve the efficiency of online procedures.
- AI biases in procedures and services: Identify and mitigate biases in AI systems used by public administrations, promoting fair and transparent algorithms in government decision-making.
- User Experience: User-centered design to offer more accessible and personalized services, reducing the digital divide.

2. Digital identity.
Digital identity as a fundamental element for securely accessing government services. Use of electronic identification systems and interoperability between platforms.
