4TH NATIONAL WORKSHOP ON RADIO SPECTRUM MANAGEMENT
The purpose of the workshop is to create a space for dialogue between regulators, operators and academia to analyze technical-regulatory challenges, harmonize standards and promote best practices in radio spectrum management, with an emphasis on: digital transformation, 5G/6G, non-terrestrial networks, regional cooperation before WRC-27 and interoperable solutions for emergencies. Aimed at national specialists and those from the Caribbean region, it seeks to strengthen national capacities through the exchange of comparative international experiences.
INFO-COMMUNICATION AND DIGITAL CITIZENSHIP
Analyzing and discussing the strategic vision and synergies with which the information-communication-technology relationship should be assumed for the strengthening of public management and citizen-centered digital transformation. This space for dialogue aims to deepen and focus, from a critical and multidisciplinary perspective, the main challenges that are visible today in the information society, as a result of the impact of regulatory frameworks, new dynamics of digital communication, social participation, governance (eGob), governmental openness (oGob), and the use of emerging technologies such as IAGen.
III CUBAN ICT FORUM
This III Business Forum promotes the consolidation as a fundamental meeting point for Cuban professionals and entrepreneurs in the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector residing in Cuba or abroad. Under the motto "Connecting knowledge, innovation, communities and business", the event seeks to transcend dialogue to become a catalyst for tangible opportunities.
