11th International Congress on Technologies, E-Commerce and Digital Content

Purpose and scope:

The purpose of the 11th edition of the International Congress on Technologies, E-Commerce and Digital Content is to foster professional relationships and to promote the exchange of experiences and knowledge among members of the community of businessmen, researchers, technologists, experts, academics, public officials, professors, students and entrepreneurs interested in E-Commerce and the development of Digital Content, focusing on the issues of innovation, new technologies and open and inclusive science.

Under the slogan: “For a digital society,” there will be an opportunity to present and discuss advances and results of research-development and innovation projects, the state of the art worldwide and other initiatives, through keynote lectures, panels, round tables, talks, papers and posters, according to the thematic areas approved for the Congress.

E-commerce

Business models (B2C, B2B, C2B, C2C): present and future. Infrastructures, platforms, applications and development tools; trends. Digital marketing: the customer as the axis of e-commerce, attention to their demands and satisfaction, and ways to carry it out. Artificial intelligence for customer interaction and user experience improvement. Artificial intelligence applied to the solution of logistic problems in e-commerce. Social commerce: integration between social networking platforms and e-commerce and digital marketing platforms. E-commerce logistics: E-logistics and logistics operators. Integration of geographic information systems to e-commerce platforms (geolocation, optimal routing, real-time delivery information, automated delivery vehicles). Secure e-commerce: electronic data interchange (EDI), transactions, invoicing, payments and their traceability.
