Informática 2024 will have an Exhibition Fair from March 19 to 22 at the PABEXPO fairgrounds. As in every edition, it will be the ideal space for the exhibition of projects, technologies, resources, products and services.
Objetives of the fair
- To provide a favorable environment for the presentation of new products and services, both national and international, with greater economic and social impact.
- To promote innovation and technological development in telecommunications and information and communication technologies.
- To offer opportunities for interaction between economic stakeholders and professionals in the sector at the national and international levels.
- To contribute to the strengthening of the country’s digital ecosystem, promoting cooperation, coordination and collaboration among companies, institutions and organizations in the sector.
- To foster digital inclusion and digital literacy.
- To promote the image of Cuba as a country with export capacity in the development of information and communication technologies, as well as foreign investment opportunities related to the sector.

PARTICIPATION CATEGORIES
To participate in the Fair you must register on the event’s website, fill in your data and select the category in which you wish to participate. You will the receive an email with instructions to follow.
The Fair has designed the following categories for participants: exhibitor or professional visitor.
EXHIBITOR
Assembled space (modular stand)
Fee: 3900.00 CUP per square meter (9 square meters is the minimum space to be hired)
It includes:
- Space
- Aluminum structure
- White modular panels (2.50 x 0.90 m)
- Carpet
- Sign with name of the entity
- Power consumption up to 500 W
- Sample protection
- Credentials (depending on the hired area)
- Inclusion in the official catalog (up to 15 lines)
Does not include any furniture.
Unassembled space
Fee: 3200.00 CUP per square meter (9 square meters is the minimum space to be hired)
It includes:
- Space
- Power consumption up to 500 W
- Sample protection
- Credentials (depending on the hired area)
- Inclusion in the official catalog (up to 15 lines)
Does not include a carpet.
Unassembled space with special design
Fee: 5000.00 CUP (9 square meters is the minimum space to be hired)
It includes:
- Space
- Power consumption up to 500 W
- Sample protection
- Credentials (depending on the hired area)
- Inclusion in the official catalog (up to 15 lines)
Does not include a carpet.
Exhibitors will also have the possibility of setting up a virtual stand, with the following benefits:
- Promoting the products in their portfolio
- Publishing promotional videos and images
- Managing a calendar of appointments
- A database of the Fair’s exhibitors
PROFESSIONAL VISITOR
Entrepreneurs, buyers, professionals and those interested in visiting the Fair may be accredited as Professional Visitors at a cost of 2400.00 CUP.
This includes:
- The right to visit the Fair on a daily basis
- A catalog of exhibitors
- Establishing business contacts
- Participation in the official activities of the event (Opening/Closing/Other).

Business Forum
As in previous editions, the Business Forum has been conceived as a space for the presentation of solutions in the form of commercial conferences, workshops, round tables and other activities that allow for the exchange and exhibition of new results.

AWARDS OF THE FAIR
The Organizing Committee of the Informática 2024 Fair invites all exhibitors to be eligible for awards in correspondence with the topics of the Fair, as well as in the traditional category of Stand Design:

The category winners will receive the following awards:
- A trophy and a diploma.
- The publication of an article in a printed and/or digital medium about the results of the work or project presented.
- Publication of a summary of the work on the social media profiles of Informática 2024.
