Through an interdisciplinary approach that integrates the scope of new technologies, intellectual property and online commerce regulation into the European legal framework, the report provides a comprehensive overview of the legal risks and opportunities associated with the Metaverse. Using case studies, evolving regulations and future perspectives, this gateway provides a solid foundation for understanding and managing this new digital context within the scope of European laws.
