Graduated in 1994 as engineer in Automated Management Systems from the Technological University of Havana "José Antonio Echeverría" (CUJAE). She has worked since her graduation in the Cuban Banking System. She has held positions as manager and head of department of the systems department and is currently a policy expert at the Central Bank of Cuba. She obtained a Master's Degree in Software Quality at the University of Computer Sciences (UCI) in 2018. She has 4 international certifications: three from the International Software Quality Association (FSTC-2020, ASTFC-2023, BSC-2020) and one from the Scrum Foundation (SFPC-2020). Sh has graduated from four diploma courses: Electronic Commerce (CUJAE, 2001), Systems Analysis (CECOFIS, 2004), Public Administration (CNSB, 2016) and Financial Education (CONDUSEF Mexico, 2023). She has been a member of the tribunal of the Diploma in Public Administration, in several editions, and in the Raúl León Torras Scientific Event. She has several scientific publications and is co-author of the books: "La Banca comercial cubana. Desafíos y propuestas para su desarrollo" (Award of the Academy of Sciences of Cuba 2020); and "Estudios sobre la banca cubana" of the Editorial de Ciencias Económicas, 2023. Member and current president of the grassroots delegation of the Union of Cuban Computer Scientists (UIC) of the Central Bank of Cuba and member of the National Association of Economists of Cuba (ANEC). She has given courses and lectures on various topics related to banking transactions, payment infrastructures, financial education, among others. She has been a tutor in undergraduate and master's theses. She has been a researcher in financial education since 2013 and member of the working group for the National Strategy for Financial Education (ENEF).
