President of the General Council of Associations of Administrative Managers of Spain and of the Official Association of Administrative Managers of Madrid (2015); president of the Official Association of Administrative Managers of Madrid (2010); president of the TIC company, SIGA 98 (2016); president of the National Association of Administrative Managers of Spain (2015); president of the Business Association of Administrative Managers and Management Firms (2023); and president of Sarot Target Group (2014). He is a member of the Executive Committee of CEIM (2012) and of the Boards of Directors of CEOE (2016), CEPYME (2022) and the Institute of Economic Studies (2023), as well as a trustee of Fundación ONCE (2023) and Fundación Diversión Solidaria (2016), among many other positions. He has led the digitization projects of the General Council and ICOGAM (executed by SIGA 98 and OEGAM) that have made some of the most important administrative procedures in Spain more efficient and effective: nationalities, land registry, some referred to the General Directorate of Traffic. He has promoted the profession through numerous agreements with different administrations and other professional groups, and is one of the most reputable voices in defense of small and medium-sized businesses in our country. During his term of office, he has also strengthened the relationship with Universities and with training in general.
A regular writer for the press, he is called upon by the media to clarify aspects of business and administrative procedures, due to his profound knowledge of both. His ability to connect with audiences and to explain in a simple way what for others is complex has made him one of the most sought-after experts in our country.
