Degree in Social Communication Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and Master in Sociology and Political Sciences from the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO-UNESCO). Expert in cybersecurity and cybercrime. Advisor to the National Ministry of Justice and Human Rights. Former National Director of Cybersecurity of the Argentine Republic. Professor at the National University of Quilmes (UNQ), the University Institute of the Argentine Federal Police (IUPFA), the FASTA University of Mar del Plata, the National University of Catamarca (UNCA), the National University of Jujuy (UNJU) and the University of Gran Rosario (UGR). He is the author of the books "Delito y nuevas tecnologías: fraude, narcotráfico y lavado de dinero por Internet" by Editores del Puerto (2012) and "Delitos informáticos: investigación criminal, marco legal y peritaje" with Horacio Azzolin, by Editorial BdeF (2017). As Director of the "Collection of Statistical Studies on Cybercrime." of the National Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, he is the author of the e-books "Muestreos de denuncias judiciales de la República Argentina" on computer crimes (years 2013 to 2017) and "Ciberdelitos durante la Pandemia del COVID-19 en Argentina: Informe de denuncias judiciales y modalidades frecuentes (2020-2021)" of the publishing house of the Sistema Argentino de Informática Jurídica (SAIJ). He has publications on the subject in various specialized journals and scientific publications. He is currently in charge of the "computer crimes" section of the Pensamiento Penal magazine.
