Computer Engineer from the University of Camaguey and the Technological University of Havana "José Antonio Echeverría" (CUJAE) in 2005. Master's Degree in Computer Project Management from the Universidad de Ciencias Informáticas (UCI) in 2012. He obtained a diploma in Technological Intelligence in 2013 and in Digital Technologies for University Teaching 2023. He is Assistant Professor and serves as Head of the Cybersecurity Teaching Department at UCI and as Coordinator of the Cybersecurity Engineering Career Collective. He is Secretary of the National Commission of the Cybersecurity Engineering Career and member of the National Commission of the Short Cycle Higher Education Level Training Program in Network Administration and Computer Security. He is part of the faculty of several master's degrees. He is Coordinator of the Postgraduate Specialty in Computer Security. He is a member of the Scientific Council of the UCI. His research areas are related to web application security, cybersecurity and penetration testing methodologies.
He is the author of the book "Secure Administration of Web Content Management Systems". He has made publications and presentations at events related to the field of cybersecurity. He has taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Angola, Colombia and the Russian Federation. He has obtained several awards, including the Special Distinction of the Minister of the MES for his results in postgraduate activity. He is a member of the National Board of Directors of the Union of Computer Scientists of Cuba (UIC) and of its Technical Advisory Council. He is a member of the Cybersecurity Group of the Ministry of Higher Education.
