Practicing lawyer specialized in Copyright Law. He holds a PhD in Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM). He has several Master's Degrees of specialization. He combines his professional practice with teaching. Collaborating professor of the Civil Law Department of the UCM for several years, he is currently an associate professor at the Law School of the University of Alcalá where he teaches various subjects in the field of Civil Law. In addition, he collaborates in several Masters and courses on Copyright Law in different universities, participating as a teacher in the course "Copyright in the XXI Century" at UCM. His main lines of research are Intellectual Property, International Law, Corporate Law, Labor Law and Civil Litigation.
