She is the Director of the Cybersecurity Division of the Information Technology Company (ETI), part of the BioCubaFarma business group. Engineer in Telecommunications and Electronics and Master in Cryptographic Applications Engineering, degrees obtained at the Technological University of Havana "José Antonio Echeverría" (CUJAE). With 13 years of experience in the Tech and Cybersecurity sector. She has developed digital products and services with business models in strategic sectors, with the objective of contributing to the increase of exports and the development of the country. Her work has always been aimed at combining strengths and developing collective capabilities. She has a leader's attitude and skills.
She currently leads the Cybersecurity Division with a multidisciplinary team of developers and administrators of services related to Cybersecurity. She has led: Services Team and COS BCF with its CSIRT-BioCubaFarma; R&D&I projects in cybersecurity and surveillance and intelligence of processes with topics associated with PKI, SOC, Technological Observatory; strategy in relationship marketing in approaches from the analytical perspective of the reality of the product/service; design of integral services and excellence among the different areas of value of the company, with Design Thinking methodology and Canvas model; main author in provincial award for organizational innovation by CITMA delivered in 2023; evaluator of R+D+i projects in the network of evaluators of the Ecuadorian corporation for the development of research and academia - CEDIA 2023; regional coordinator of the Center for Industrial Cybersecurity, CCI in Cuba; author in series of expert notebooks of the Center for Industrial Cybersecurity, CCI 2023 (Notebook 10); invited by the ITU and the Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Cuba as an expert in Regional Event Accessible America 2021 and 2023 in panels on smart city and online child protection; main coordinator of the thematic industry 4.0 in the Biohabana 2022 congress; president of the II and III International Workshop on challenges and perspectives of Cybersecurity, Sigestic 2019, 2021 and 2023; main author of scientific articles presented in International Events such as Cibersociedad 2019 and 2023, Informática 2022; Speaker in Foro Académico Andina Link and Smart Cities Expo 2024, Colombia.
Among her lines of work are: PKI, secure administration of services, integral scanning of web applications, architecture and deployment of security services, risk analysis in critical IT infrastructures, security in ICS/OT, security in validation of computerized systems in the Biopharmaceutical industry. She has been called by the Historical Center of Havana as a consultant for the development of the Smart City Project.
