PhD in Technical Sciences (2013) and Full Professor at the Technological University of Havana "José Antonio Echeverría" (CUJAE) in 2022. Vice-Dean of Research and Postgraduate Studies of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering of CUJAE from 2011 to 2015. Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering from 2015 to 2022. She studied Industrial Engineering with specialization in Business Organization at CUJAE (2002-2007). Master in Business Informatics in 2011. Her doctoral and postdoctoral studies were carried out at the Munich University of Technology in Germany (2010-2015). She has written 7 book chapters, 30 papers in international scientific events and more than 25 articles published in high impact international journals. Her main results are focused on: Creation of Technological Surveillance and knowledge management capabilities for strategic planning of information systems and decision making; Market Research, Digital Marketing strategy; Technological Observatory; Information Technologies; Organizational Architecture Design; Strategic Surveillance; Design of Technological Surveillance Systems; Pattern-based competitive intelligence model; Business Process Management; Business Intelligence System; Business Intelligence; Commercial Intelligence. She was the advisor of 2 successfully defended doctoral theses and 9 master's theses of CUJAE and University of Havana programs. She is a member of the Scientific Council of the CUJAE and Young Associate of the Academy of Sciences of Cuba since 2018. She has obtained several national awards, among them: Four Forjadores del Futuro Seals in the years 2009, 2014, 2017 and 2019. CITMA National Award 2018: Mention to Young Researcher in the area of Technical Sciences. Award of the Academy of Sciences of Cuba 2020. Member of the National Court of Doctorate in Technical Sciences, specialty Industrial Engineering and currently member of the Academic Committee of the Doctoral Program in Industrial Engineering and Systems. Arbiter and member of the editorial committee of several national and international journals.
