She is the president of the Latin-American Association of Technology and Innovation Management (ALTEC). PhD in "Business and Social Sciences" (UCES / FH Mainz University of Applied Sciences), in the field of Social Sciences applied to Organizations. Master in "Science, Technology and Society - STS" (UNQUI). She holds a degree in "Advertising, with orientation in scientific and market research" from the School of Social Sciences (UJK) and majored as a "Systems Analyst" (UJK). Technical advisor in CTI / VT-IE Linking / University Professor, Secretary of Science and Technology of the University of Entre Rios. Technological and Innovation Manager (UNLZ): Specialist in "Science, Technology and Innovation (STI)", especially in "Technology Watch and Strategic and Market Intelligence (VT-IE) in Latin America". For 24 years she has worked in the governmental field, as Technology and Strategic Innovation Manager in areas of research, technological development and innovation (R+D+i). Active Member of Red GTec Arg http://www.gtec.net.ar/. Participation in STI and R&D projects and studies, as technical expert (including relations with the Ibero-American Program of Science and Technology for Development - CYTED/INNRED, United Nations Development Program, Inter-American Development Bank, International Organization for Migration, World Bank, ERASMUS Program, RISE, Argentinian Fund for South-South and Triangular Cooperation - FO.AR, among others). Training of human resources in technology management and innovation. Lecturer in events, conferences and round tables in Latin America. Public communication activities. Integral organizer of CTI events.
