Doctor in Technical Sciences, in Artificial Intelligence, Universidad Central "Marta Abreu" de Las Villas (UCLV), Cuba 2005. Graduated in Computer Science in 2000 at UCLV. In 2007 he graduated as "Database Specialist for e-governance at the Okinawa International Center. He has participated in different international projects. He has tutored more than 130 master's theses in Project Management and eight doctoral theses in Artificial Intelligence and Decision Making. He has participated as author and co-author of several books on Artificial Intelligence and published numerous articles in indexed journals and events. He is currently CEO of IADES and coordinator of the Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Development community. He develops fundamental research oriented to the application of Artificial Intelligence for decision support in different areas of knowledge. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Iberoamerican Network of Engineering and Project Management. He has several intellectual property registrations and trademarks.
