Assistant Professor at the International Economics Research Center of the University of Havana (UH) and member of the UNESCO Roster. She holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration and a Master's degree in International Relations. She worked between 1997 and 2005 as a hotel auditor, specialist in business, finance, development and innovation at the Gran Caribe Hotel Group; between 2005 and 2009 as a cultural relations specialist at the Mercure Sevilla Hotel; between 2009 and 2012 as a business, communication and corporate image consultant at the Economic Consultancy CANEC, S.A. From 2013 to the present she is a professor and researcher of International Trade in Services, Digital Economy, International Economy at the UH. She received the Havana Provincial Economics Award 2019 and nominated for the National Economics Award 2020. She works in the Temporary Working Group of the Ministry of Communications in the elaboration of the Digital Agenda in the strategic area of digital economy, as well as in the group of digital transformation of the UH. She is a member of the Latin American and Caribbean Network of Researchers and Policy Makers on Services (ECLAC). He has published several publications on telemedicine, digital economy, international trade in services, export of health services. Working Group On Measuring E-Commerce And The Digital Economy (OECD-WTO-IMF-UNCTAD) Expert in digital economy. Revision Handbook on Measuring Digital Trade, Second Edition, Measuring the digital economy. Trade Facilitation Innovation Network (TFIN of UNCTAD, WEF, GLOBAL ALLIANCE): TFID2022, TFID2023 (Trade Facilitation Innovation Day).
