PhD, Professor and Director of Scientific and Production Center “Unmanned Aircraft Systems and Technologies” of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Director of projects on development and testing of unmanned aircraft complexes, automated control systems, simulator systems, simulation modeling centers. Development of methods for modeling of complex systems for investigation of their efficiency, Development of methods for optimum control of unmanned flying vehicle. He is the chief designer of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in the direction of “Unmanned Aviation Systems” and the head of the cluster “Lead Republican Cluster of Unmanned and Small Aviation”. Since 2021, he has been the head of the State Scientific and Technical Program for the development of UAVs in the Republic of Belarus. In the period from 2016–2021, under his leadership, samples of new equipment were created - more than 10 types of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of various ranges and flight durations, high-tech components and optical systems, a flight and navigation complex for UAV control, a simulator for training operators; a production line for serial production of UAVs with expanded capabilities was organized. He has 10 patents for invention, over 100 publications in domestic and foreign scientific and scientific-practical publications, collections of conference materials.
