Objective
The purpose of this event is to share experiences on the impact of government, governance and digital transformation in the Information Society. It is intended for all academics, researchers, specialists and students who do research on the influence of ICT, information and communication in public management and local development. It aims to be a space for reflection and exchange of experiences in which to identify the progress, challenges and main contributions and benefits generated by electronic, open and digital government approaches in society, from a citizen’s perspective.
