Governmental cybersecurity as a dimension of a citizen security policy
Abstract:
The presentation is based on a criminological approach to cybersecurity as a dimension of citizen security. To this end, a brief historical overview will be made of the first improper and unauthorized uses of computers in the framework of organizations and the technical and legal responses provided by computer security and law as areas of intervention in the face of the emergence of the first computer crimes. A reformulation of the concept of cybersecurity in a broad sense will be proposed, focusing on the users of digitized information and communication technologies (DICT), considered as subjects of law.
