Abstract:
Are IT applications being designed taking into account the user, their background and the means at their disposal? Is the full potential of information technologies, including AI, being used to improve the relationship between the citizen and the Public Administration? The conference will address the public-private collaboration between social partners; delving into how lawyers, IT companies and the administration can generate exponential effects to improve the citizen-administration relationship.
