New framework, new opportunities: The Digital Economy is changing the world, Chengweijie, People’s Republic of China. Proposal for a conference which will take place in the sessions of 11th International Congress on Technologies, E-Commerce and Digital Content, at the International Convention and Fair Informática 2024.

The new changes in different industries brought about by the digital economy will be presented. The basic requirements and opportunities of e-commerce development will be analyzed. Some suggestions on the sustainable development of the digital economy will be made.

The purpose of the 11th edition of the International Congress on Technologies, E-Commerce and Digital Content is to foster professional relationships and to promote the exchange of experiences and knowledge among members of the community of businessmen, researchers, technologists, experts, academics, public officials, professors, students and entrepreneurs interested in E-Commerce and the development of Digital Content, focusing on the issues of innovation, new technologies and open and inclusive science.
