Conference/panel: Challenges and Trends of Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Development, Jorge Munguía, México, Informática 2024 Convention, Workshop: Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Development.

The conference shares experiences in the practical use of artificial intelligence from the efforts of the Acceleration Lab at the United Nations Program in Mexico. Good practices that strengthen cooperation and critical dialogue from a sustainable approach and a strong connection with culture are shared. Innovative ways of capacity building and learning in the search for solutions to complex problems are proposed.

Jorge Munguía, México: Head of Solution Mapping for the Acceleration Lab at the United Nations Program in Mexico. His research focuses on capacity building and learning, finding solutions to complex problems and empowering local development. In her research she uses innovative methodologies to strengthen multi-factorial collaborations, understanding the systems where they operate and identifying and strengthening grassroots solutions for the future. She has worked in the generation of projects and strategies to promote dialogues and a critical discourse from culture, as an important component for development.
