President of the Jury: Lianet Campos Martínez, she graduated as a Computer Science Engineer at the University of Computer Science (UCI), in 2005. Her areas of expertise are related to Sustainable Banking Management, Database Systems and the Implementation of R&D&I projects.

In the area of infrastructure, connectivity and digital access:

Glauco Guillen Nieto, PhD in Technical Sciences, Engineer in Radiocommunications and Broadcasting. Researcher. Member of the Cuban Academy of Sciences. Director of Lacetel.

Dailyn Hernández Faget, Master in Telecommunications and Electronics. Telecommunications Engineering Graduate.

Caridad Anías Calderón, PhD in Technical Sciences, Master in Telematics, Specialist in Optical Communications and Telecommunications Engineer. Professor, Consultant and Emeritus of the Technological University of Havana, José Antonio Echeverría (Cujae).

 

In the area of Digital Economy:

María Esther Alfonso Suárez, Master in Technical Sciences, Graduate of Automated Management Systems (SAD). Her main competences: Direction and Integral Project Management, development and deployment of applications especially National and International ERPs, as well as the creation of methodologies for massive deployment of complex applications. Postgraduate degree in Financial Administration. She has actively participated in Internet Governance Forums.

Alejandro Delgado Castro, PhD in Economics from the University of Havana in 2014. Vice Rector, in charge of Digital Transformation, UH. Member of the working groups for the elaboration of the Digital Transformation Policy and Agenda of Cuba, in particular the Digital Economy chapter. Head of the National Program of Science, Technology and Innovation: Telecommunications and Informatization of Society.

 

Aintzane Delgado Corrons Master in Software Quality, Engineer in automated management systems. Expert in policies of the Central Bank of Cuba with 29 years of experience in the sector.  Co-author of the books “Cuban commercial banking. Challenges and proposals for its development” and “Studies on Cuban banking”.

In the are of Education and digital culture:

Alina Ruiz Jhones, Honorary member of the Cuban Society of Law and Computer Science, UNJC. Member of the National Council of the Union of Computer Scientists of Cuba.

Aylin Febles Estrada, PhD in Technical Sciences, Master in Applied IT, Bachelor in Computer Science. She has directed and developed several scientific research projects related to Educational Technology, Knowledge Management and Engineering, Software Management and Quality. Head of the National Program for the development of the software industry of CITMA.

Mónica Peña Casanova, graduated as a Telecommunications Engineer and Electronic Equipment and Components, 1997. PhD in Technical Sciences. Dean of Faculty 2, at the University of Computer Science. 23 years of teaching experience in Network Management and Telecommunications Services, TCP/IP Network Architecture, Teleinformatics, Networks and Computer Security, Configuration of Active Network Equipment.

 

In the area of Digital Government:

Zamira Segoviano Martínez, graduate from the University of Computer Science (UCI). Scientific category: Master’s degree in information management. Teaching category: assistant professor.

Carlos Ramón López Paz, Computer Scientist (2002) and Master in Applied IT (2006) from the Technological University of Havana, José Antonio Echeverría (Cujae). Doctor from the University of Alicante. He developed postdoctoral studies at the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil (2014). He does consulting for digital transformation from the perspective of strategic alignment of IT with businesses. He leads the development group for the digital transformation of the company Laboratorios Farmacéuticos AICA+ of BioCubaFarma.

Francisco Avila Gonzalez, Computer Science graduate, July 1998. He has been working since September 1998 in the Consulting and Computer Security Company, Segurmática. Computer Security, Malicious Codes, Antivirus, Software Design and Development.

In the subject area of Innovation:

Martha Beatriz Infante Abreu, PhD in Technical Sciences. Master in Business IT. Graduate in Industrial Engineering. Her main results are focused on:  Creation of Technology Surveillance and knowledge management capabilities for strategic planning of information systems and decision making; Market Research, Digital Marketing strategy; Technology Observatory; Information Technologies; Organizational Architecture Design; Strategic Surveillance; Technology Surveillance Systems Design; Pattern-based competitive intelligence model; Business Process Management; Business Intelligence System; Business Intelligence; Commercial Intelligence.

 

Isneri Talavera Bustamante, Doctor in Technical Sciences, Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. Researcher and full professor. Leader of projects in the field of Pattern Recognition, Data Mining, Biometry and Chemometrics. Tutor and member of doctoral tribunals. She has publications of impact in the aforementioned areas of knowledge.

Yaimi Trujillo Casañola Computer Engineer (CUJAE 2004), Master in Computer Projects Management (UCI 2007) and Doctor in Technical Sciences (UCI 2015). She is an referee in several technological journals. She has worked in productive projects as Programmer, Analyst, Designer and Project Leader. She has been a member of the organizing committee and referee of national and international events of the branch.

In the subject area of Cybersecurity:

Henry Raúl González Brito, Computer Science Engineer from the University of Camagüey and the Technological University of Havana in 2005. Master’s Degree in Computer Project Management from the UCI in 2012 and Diploma in Technological Intelligence in 2013. Collective Career Coordinator of Cybersecurity Engineering.  His research areas are related to web application security, cybersecurity and ethical hacking methodologies.

Antonio Hernández Domínguez, graduated as a Computer Science Engineer from the Computer Science University (UCI) in 2009. Assistant Professor, he teaches undergraduate courses in Mathematics and Database Systems. 11 years of experience in application development, project management, database systems management and programming. Areas of expertise: Cybersecurity, Database Systems, Mathematics, Computer Applications Development, Project Management.

Raquel Rodríguez Carreras, graduated as an Engineer in Automated Management Systems. She has carried out several projects, among which the following stand out: automation in all areas of the “Dr. Carlos J. Finlay” Surgical Clinical Military Hospital. He currently works in the Computer Incident Response Team of Cuba (CuCERT), where he develops procedures and policies associated with the operation of CuCERT, has participated in government controls, network monitoring, incident investigation, international claims. She was part of the command post node connection node Summit 14. Press Room of the Non-Aligned Summit 14 MNOAL 2006, behavior/diagnosis of traffic, connectivity, vulnerabilities, pilot test.

In the area of Free / Modular stand design:

Yamilet Pino Nicó, Master in Design Management and Innovation.

Graduated from the academy of plastic arts San Alejandro, 1989. Advanced studies at the Higher Institute of Design (ISDi), 1994. Master in Design Management and Innovation, 2008.

Gisela Herrero García, Gisela Herrero García, graduated from the Instituto Superior de Diseño (ISDi) in Information Design. She is currently head of the National Design Office (ONDi) and is a member of the Working Group dealing with the gestation of the National Design System. She is director of the Cuban Design Magazine LA Tiza and president of the Havana Design Biennial (BDHabana). She was part of the interdisciplinary team that designed the Country Brand.

Alfredo Rodríguez Diago, Máster en Gestión del Diseño, Diseñador industrial. Profesor de la facultad de Diseño Industrial en el ISDi. Ha participado regularmente como ponente en el congreso latinoamericano de diseño FORMA. Participó como conferencista y en clases conjuntas durante los Días Internacionales de la facultad de Diseño de Espacios y Mobiliario de la Universidad Thomas More en Bélgica. En 2020 fue entrevistado por la revista belga Imagine Demain Le Monde, a propósito de su participación como académico en proyectos de intercambio asociados al diseño y reciclaje. Además, ha colaborado en 2021 con artículos y proyectos de diseño editorial con la revista francesa Les Lettres Françaises.
