Took place Odoo Pre-Congress Workshop with Desoft

On March 14, the Odoo Workshop with Desoft, coordinated by Dr. Sc. Edistio Yoel Verdecia Martínez, Cuba, was held in the Solidaridad Room of the Habana Libre Hotel.

The Odoo Workshop with Desoft, a pre-congress proposal of the 8th International Workshop “ICT in the organizational management,” as part of the International Convention and Fair #Informática2024, was attended by state-owned companies and non-state management forms. It brought together clients and potential clients with the objective of sharing the characteristics of #ZoomLcOdoo, the Cuban localization of this ERP.

The #Odoo Panel, an opportunity to digitally transform organizations from isolated systems to systems that integrate processes was formed by: Dr.Sc. Jefrey Blanco González, Technological University of Havana; Eng. Elizabeth García Cuesta, director of Technological Development of GEIC (The IT and Communications Business Group); Eng. Dany Jesús Valiente Prieto, general director of Desoft; Eng. Lisandra Villarino Artiaga, director of Desoft Havana.

In the Workshop #OdooconDesoft elements of the architecture, creation of a module of the #ZoomLcOdoo and functionalities in modules such as were presented in a practical way:

To develop a scientific-methodological workshop with a theoretical-practical approach, to make known the potentialities of the Odoo ERP and the Cuban distribution of the ERP Zoom LC. To portray its fundamental characteristics through two points of view, the functional one and the developmental one. Both groups of presentations explore different elements of Odoo as an ERP and as a framework, the purpose of the Odoo Workshop with Desoft.
